PVC Electrical Insulation Tape for Wire and Cable Insulation

SLAA No.150 PVC electrical tape is a flexible vinyl insulating tape for general-purpose wire insulation, cable wrapping, splicing and color identification. Its soft PVC backing and rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive provide conformable coverage around wires, cable joints and irregular surfaces.

With a nominal thickness of 0.18 mm, a specified voltage rating of up to 600 V and a maximum use temperature of 80°C (176°F), No.150 supports electrical insulation and maintenance applications within its rated conditions.

Tape Description

• No.150 PVC insulation tape combines a flexible PVC film backing with a rubber-based adhesive that bonds to suitable surfaces and the tape’s own backing. The conformable construction helps create close-fitting, overlapping wraps around wires, connections and cable sections.

  This vinyl electrical tape is suitable for general-purpose insulation, cable bundling and electrical maintenance. Multiple color options support wire and cable identification where the application permits.
